Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CredInfinite platform, including the website at credinfinite.com, the WhatsApp bot, and the web application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Company", "we", "us" — refers to CredInfinite and its operators
• "Tenant" — an organisation or business entity registered on the platform
• "Admin" — the user who created or manages a Tenant account
• "Employee" — a person added to a Tenant who can submit expenses via WhatsApp or the web app
• "Manager" — a user with approval authority for expenses
• "Service" — the CredInfinite platform including website, API, WhatsApp bot, and web application

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each registration creates a Tenant with an associated plan.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to act on behalf of the business entity you register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

3.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features included in their selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, write operations (creating expenses, approvals, exports) will be restricted until a paid subscription is activated.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual plans are charged upfront at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months (2 months free). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Submit fraudulent expense claims or falsified receipts
• Attempt to access another Tenant's data or accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the WhatsApp bot to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Exceed the user or employee limits of your plan
• Share API keys or allow unauthorised third parties to access your account
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the receipt upload or OCR features

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including expense records, receipt images, employee information, and invoices. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your account.

You can export your data at any time using the CSV export and Tally XML export features built into the platform.

6. WhatsApp Usage

The WhatsApp integration operates through the official WhatsApp Business API. By enabling WhatsApp for your employees, you confirm that each employee has consented to receive messages from your company's WhatsApp Business number.

WhatsApp message delivery is subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by WhatsApp service interruptions or Meta policy changes.

7. AI and OCR Processing

The Service uses Google Gemini Vision AI to extract data from receipt images. While we strive for accuracy, OCR results may contain errors. It is your responsibility to verify extracted data before approving expenses or generating exports.

Receipts with a confidence score below 50% are flagged for manual review and are not automatically submitted for approval.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms to deliver its functionality. By using features that rely on these integrations, you also agree to the applicable terms of:

• WhatsApp Business API — message delivery via MSG91, subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business terms
• Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions
• Google Gemini AI — OCR processing of receipt images and AI-powered resume scoring
• Resend — transactional email delivery

We are not responsible for service interruptions, data handling, or policy changes by these third-party providers.

9. Tally Integration

The Service generates Tally-compatible XML files for importing expense data into Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime. We do not guarantee compatibility with all Tally configurations or third-party Tally plugins. It is your CA's responsibility to verify imported data in Tally before finalising accounts.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers (WhatsApp, Razorpay, cloud infrastructure), force majeure events, or your internet connectivity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CredInfinite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, after which it is scheduled for deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
