Are Finance OS, Payroll OS, Recruitment OS and CA OS separate products?
Yes. Each is an independent product with its own subscription. You can use Finance OS alone, Payroll OS alone, or any combination. There is no bundling — subscribe only to what you need.
What's the difference between app users and WhatsApp contacts?
App users log into the CredInfinite dashboard (admins, managers, accountants). WhatsApp contacts are employees who submit expenses via WhatsApp — they never need to log in or download anything. WhatsApp contacts are unlimited on all Finance OS plans.
Do employees need to download an app?
No. Field staff, drivers and sales teams just message the company WhatsApp number to submit bills. Only admin, manager and CA staff need app access.
Can I use CA OS and Finance OS together?
Yes. CA OS is designed for Chartered Accountants managing client orgs. Finance OS is for SMEs running their own books. If you are a CA who also needs to manage your own firm's finances, subscribe to both independently.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges the full year upfront and gives you 2 months free — equivalent to paying for 10 months at the monthly rate. Annual pricing applies independently per product.
Can my CA client upgrade to their own Finance OS plan?
Yes. Any client org managed under CA OS can be upgraded to a Finance OS plan. The client gets their own login with full AP/AR access while retaining all compliance data built up under CA management.
Is Tally export available on free plans?
Yes. Basic Tally XML export is included on all free tiers. GSTR-2B reconciliation, GSTR-3B pre-fill and ecomm reconciliation require a paid plan.
Is pricing in INR?
Yes. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST.
