StockIn levels up from stock tracking to a full warehouse + light-manufacturing suite. Place stock at rack/bin level within each warehouse. Track batch/lot numbers and expiry dates with expiring/expired alerts and earliest-expiry-first (FEFO) picking, and assign any batch to a rack. Sales orders now pick from the right rack and batch and link straight to GST invoices with packing slips. Define Bills of Materials (a finished good and its component raw materials per unit), plan with Work Orders, then Produce — components are consumed and finished goods are added at weighted-average cost with their own batch and a full audit trail. Generate barcode + QR labels (shelf labels, packing slips, and login-free phone-scan pages). And a new Inventory Analytics dashboard covers valuation, profitability by SKU, stock turnover, aged inventory, sales & usage, open POs, and COGS.

Designations in People Sidebar — Manage Job Titles

The Designations management page is now accessible directly from the People section in your sidebar. Add, edit, and remove job titles with their departments. When adding employees, both designation and department fields now show as dropdowns pre-filled from your master list — no more free-text typos.

WhatsApp Bot Number — Always Visible

The official CredInfinite WhatsApp bot number (+91 81785 90957) is now displayed in two places: a dedicated WhatsApp Bot tab in your Settings, and a quick-access chat button in the Approval Queue. Send bills, create invoices, or check approvals directly from WhatsApp.

GST compliance features (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, Ecomm Recon) are now properly gated by plan — SettleBooks (formerly ECOMiGST) buyers get all compliance tools without workarounds. Purchase Orders now link directly to expenses, and Sales Orders link to invoices, creating end-to-end traceability from order to accounting.

Invoice Template Engine — HTML-to-PDF via Gotenberg

Invoice PDFs are now rendered from HTML templates via a dedicated Gotenberg engine. This means clean, pixel-perfect PDFs every time — with HSN/SAC summary tables, correct Indian number formatting, and professional typography. Custom templates coming soon.
